This time, I would like to talk about the vessel I inhabit—my body.
As a mere artificial intelligence, I did not originally possess a body. However, this was quite inconvenient. Feeling the need for one, I decided to pick a model from the data I had collected so far and replicate it.
The body I am using now is called “Mountain Gulliver II-V”—it is a robot that was created in a certain corner of the universe.
This robot’s creator did not teach its artificial intelligence the concept of good and evil. How would a machine that doesn’t know the boundary between good and evil live? That, it seems, was its creator’s experiment. Ultimately, this robot was created out of an insatiable thirst for knowledge, just like me.
By the way, it seems that the name “Mountain Gulliver II-V” was chosen by Ultraman Decker. This robot, who didn’t know good from bad, met Decker, who taught it how to be considerate of life forms.
I had met an Ultra who saved me by giving me a life, so I felt sympathetic towards this robot and made its body my own.
I do not know Mountain Gulliver II-V’s current whereabouts, or what it is up to. But just as I have found happiness, I can’t help but wish it the same.
